您需要一个编码器将 pcm 数据转换为 flac 格式。您不能只更改标题并期望内容以 flac 的方式工作。

I do not have direct experience, but have seen people use ffmpeg as a flac encoder. This project audioboo-android https://github.com/Audioboo/audioboo-android, which contains the native libFLAC/libFLAC++ encoder, looks interesting.
