从波形可看出400mA~0.2mA的线性度很好,计算灵敏度和顶降,以400mA信号为例:前沿628mV,后沿536mV,15us的顶降为(628-536)/628 =14.6%,灵敏度:628mV/400mA=1.57V/A。
特别值得一提的是标定用的鼎阳SDS6204 12bit示波器,在0.2mA模拟束流时,0.3mV幅度的信号,依然能够检出,在带宽限制在20MHz以及波形平均16次的情况下,能看到非常纤细的波形曲线(见最后一幅图),10mA以上的波形图都是没有平均的。
对于小信号的波形检测,强烈推荐使用该型号示波器。
