今天早上我也遇到了同样的错误；经过 4 个小时的尝试，并用完我这个月的全部誓言捐款后，我偶然发现了一个解决方案。

我通过自制程序安装了 Python3，但 Xcode 12 在周末更新并在我的机器上劫持了它。无论 Python 3 的 Xcode 安装包含什么，它也会尝试设置包含 ARM 架构的 CFLAGS - 这会导致错误。

如果你跑python3 -m sysconfig它将输出一个巨大的变量列表。扫描一下它们，如果它指向你的 XCode 安装的 python 而不是你的/usr/local/{wherever brew installed version 3.x of python}那么这可能是同样的问题。

我最终通过以下方式解决了这个问题：

  • 为该项目停用我的 virtualenv
  • 删除项目的virtualenv文件夹
  • 运行brew doctor并遵循建议以确保设置正确的文件夹和链接
  • 确保export PATH=/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/sbin:~/bin:$PATH位于我的 .zshrc 的开头（或者如果您仍在使用 bash，则为 .bash_profile）路径更新
  • 启动一个新的终端窗口
  • 检查我指向的 python 是否是 brew 的which python3
  • 切换到项目并运行python3 -m venv ~/.virtualenvs/project-name
  • 激活该 virtualenvsource ~/.virtualenvs/project-name/bin/activate
  • 然后最后pip3 install -r requirements.txt
