尝试安装 Rust 编程语言。看来您有一个使用 Rust 的依赖项。我建议使用brew https://brew.sh/ on OSX.

brew install rust

否则使用Rust 安装页面 https://www.rust-lang.org/tools/install。您可以使用以下命令检查 Rust 是否安装正确：

rustc --version

完成后再次尝试 pip 安装您的需求文件。
