概述
最近由于公司的原因,使用Cadence EDA工具绘制一块 TMC2300电机驱动板,遇到一些问题,在这记录一下坑,也方便遇到这个问题的硬件攻城狮得到解决。
1、EDA:Cadence 17.4,在生成gerber文件时,使用CAM350查看是没啥毛病,但是再生成zip文件时,在嘉立创下单助手平台上解析不了。

2、解决方法:1)在.drl 文件,使用记事本打开,把前面带有;号的行删除即可。如下所示:

2)检查一下,是不是生成gerber文件时,选择的输出单位是否一致,我这,选择英制单位:如下图所示:
在工具栏中 Manufacture->NC->NC Parameters
(注:如果选择English,format不用修改,出drill不会出错)

(注:如果选择Metric,前面的format必须修改,否则会出错,查看有问题,给工厂也会反馈提示无drill文件)

3、按照上面操作步骤进行,成功解析。

总结,Cadence 绘制pcb板,想到来说还是有点繁琐,不过画板边导角时,还是很友好的,好了,今天就分享到这。
